Safety Precautions

Some of my new hobbies are woodworking and cooking - both of which can be dangerous so I wear my safety goggles. I look so funny!

I love to say my name now. DAHN-YULL... that is the way I pronounce it. Sometimes I like to call myself DA-NEEEEEE. I say that very loud. Just today I started calling Mom MOMMY instead of Mamma. I say it over and over again and then she starts to get a bit annoyed always saying "Yes Daniel?" "What Daniel?". Ha-ha... I know that bugs her so I keep doing it.

Some of my other favorite words to say are Apple, Truck, Bus, Pool, Mo-Mo (motorcycle), baby, beans, green bean, drink, bagel, pee-pee, Uh-Oh (when I drop something), Bug, Bee, Dirt, OWWWW (when I step on something).

I can also say all my grandparents names: Papaa, Mimi, Bubba & Grandpa

Today I was playing with my new wooden stove making some good eats with my pot and spoons and then mommy asked me, "what are you making.. does it taste good?" I put the spoon to my lips and said "MMMMM... apple!". She is so gullable - there was not anything even in that pot or on the spoon. Doesn't she know it is only a TOY stove for PRETENDING!? So now she is telling everyone about that like I am some genius or something. Now if I had said "MMMMM... rack of lamb", well then I'd be a genius!

Indiana

We just got back from our trip to Indiana where I got to formally meet my very cool Indiana cousins. They are not Amish but there were plenty of Amish around! Dad was admiring the simple life until he realized that there would be no Tevo.

It was a whirlwind 48 hours and 4 too many plane rides but I had a great time! I am hoping they will all come out to visit me in CA soon.
